1. Introduction
The power plant needed 8160 ton of water daily to meet the demand of boiler make up water . The raw water source comes from surface water with high level of organic and biofouling and iron scaling potential.
GPF8112 and antiscalant Checkmate CPE11000 are continuously dosed. A non oxidizing biocide TBC9527 is continuously dose to prevent organic and biofouling in the system.

CONCLUSION
The system operation is very stable and operates without any scaling or fouling. The cleaning frequency of the RO system is every 12 months. Our client is very happy with all the chemicals provided by Ochemate Advanced Material Technology is helping them to save time and money by having a continuous RO plant operation with minimal downtime.
