The cleaning agent has excellent permeability and detergency. During application, this product can penetrate and wet the interior of dirt, peel off and remove rust, sediment, and oily dirt attached to the surface of equipment, which are then washed away by water flow. It can be used for cleaning new equipment such as pipelines and heat exchangers in circulating cooling water and oil pipelines before they are put into operation. After cleaning, it can make the metal surface clean and free of dirt, creating good conditions for pre-filming and daily water treatment. The cleaning agent can also be used to remove oil stains and strip off impurities such as biological slime from equipment during use. It is easy to use, safe and reliable, and has low corrosivity to metals such as stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
The pre-filming agent contains various organic complexing agents, dispersants, film-forming agents, and surfactants. Through complexation and adsorption, the shared electron pairs of oxygen atoms in organic complexes form chemical adsorption with metal ions such as iron and calcium or iron atoms with partial positive charges, creating coordinate bonds that quickly form a dense and firm protective film on the metal surface. This effectively prevents electrochemical corrosion and under-scale corrosion.
The pre-filming agent features fast film-forming speed, fine and uniform film quality, good chemical stability, ease of use, safety and reliability. It is non-corrosive to metals such as stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel, non-toxic, and harmless to the human body. This product is used for pre-filming of heat exchange equipment and pipelines in new industrial circulating cooling water systems of chemical, metallurgical, electric power, petrochemical, central air-conditioning and other industries after commissioning or system maintenance.
The defoamer contains high-efficiency defoaming additives and emulsifiers, which can quickly eliminate foam generated by foaming substances in water. It has the characteristics of strong defoaming ability, long-lasting foam suppression, wide application range, and no chemical reaction with foaming substances. It can also fully exert its defoaming effect in high-temperature, highly acidic, and alkaline media.
It is mainly used for eliminating foam during cleaning and pre-filming of industrial circulating cooling water systems. In addition, this product can also be used for foam caused by pollution in other industrial water and foam generated during chemical cleaning
