Composition
|
It is mainly composed
of food-grade polyphosphate and metal
oxides necessary for human body. It is non-toxic, non-heavy metals and any
other harmless.

of soda, phosphoric acid and calcium carbonate. There could be many heavy
metals (Pb, Ba and Sr) due to impurity of calcium carbonate .

Transparent

Inhibition Performance
|
Only 1-3 ppm can reach
90% or more scale inhibition rate, and the release will be saturated
automatically when the water flow stops.

3-5 ppm can reach more
than 80%. If the water flow is stationary, the inhibition effect will be
sharply reduced.

Sustained Release Performance
|
Physicochemical
properties are very stable and pH value is neutral. According to different
water quality, its solubility is 2-5 ppm/L at room temperature. Its release
in water is automatic and appropriate. When replenishing water stops, the
consumption will stop at the same time.

The release speed is
uncontrollable, the dissolution of the siliphos crystal is faster and if the
soaking time is too long, which will affect the service life and inhibition
performance. When stop using the siliphos crystal for a long time, the
phosphorus content will exceed the standard in water.

Life

The dosage of 50 g can
be used for the average family for one year.

It should be replaced
every three months.

Cost
|
No maintenance
required and no power consumption. Only 1-3 g per ton water can achieve the
expected performance.

Siliphos crystal needs
frequent inspection and replacement. At least 10 g/t can achieve the expected
performance.
