Job Description:
Formulate overseas market expansion plans, develop and maintain customers, achieve sales targets, lead business negotiations and contract management, collect market information, manage sales teams and coordinate with multiple departments to promote product sales in international markets and overseas sales business development.
Responsibilities:
Formulate overseas market expansion plans, dig deep into potential customers, and establish and maintain long-term and stable customer relationships; Responsible for the development of new customers and the maintenance of old customers, understanding of customer demands timely, and planning technical support programs.
According to the company's sales strategy, formulate individual and team sales goals and achieve them. Analyze market dynamics, formulate marketing strategies, promote product sales growth in the international market, and increase the market share of the company's products.
Responsible for the drafting, negotiation, review and implementation of the contract, ensure that the terms of the contract meet the interests of the company and the requirements of laws and regulations, follow up the whole process of order execution, and deal with the problems in the order in a timely manner.
Pay attention to international market dynamics, competitors and changes in industry policies and regulations, collect market information and analyze it, and provide valuable suggestions for the company's product development and market strategy adjustment.
- Qualifications:
Age: within 35 years old, with relevant work experience, the age requirement can be appropriately relaxed;
Overseas Chinese in the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa are preferred.
Professional Background:
Bachelor's degree or above;
International trade, e-commerce, science and engineering, business English and other related majors are preferred.
Experience:
More than 3 years of overseas sales experience in industrial products, candidates with established overseas client resources and mature sales channels are preferred; Proficient in international sales processes with demonstrated ability to independently develop and manage client relationships.
Preference will be given to candidates with:Field assignment experience in Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia or Africa.Industry background in water treatment.
Skills Required:
Fluent in English with exceptional proficiency in all communication aspects (listening, speaking, reading, writing), demonstrated ability to:
Conduct business negotiations\Draft professional emails\Handle international business documentation.

Superior communication and commercial negotiation capabilities;
Strong market development acumen with sharp insight to capture market dynamics and client demands;
Proactive approach, high accountability, resilience under pressure, and readiness for domestic/international travel.
Proficient in international trade operation process and related laws and regulations, master foreign trade business documentary, customs declaration and inspection, freight logistics and other links; Proficient in the use of office software and commonly used foreign trade tools (such as Alibaba international station, customs data, etc.).
