- Qualifications:
1. Under 35 years old, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2. Bachelor's degree or above. Priority will be given to majors such as International Trade, E-Commerce and Science & Engineering.
3. More than 3 years of overseas sales experience in chemical or electromechanical products and overseas working experience; familiar with international market sales processes, with the ability to develop customers independently and manage customer relationships.
4. Priority will be given to candidates with abundant overseas customer resources and mature sales channels in Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and Central Asian countries, or overseas Chinese in these regions, or candidates with overseas study experience, as well as those from overseas Chinese hometowns such as Guangdong, Fujian and Zhejiang.
5. More than 2 years of international trade team management experience.
6. Strong desire for success; regard difficulties and challenges as opportunities for self-growth.
7. Extremely diligent and eager to learn, possess acute market insight and analytical ability, master decision-making methods and have certain decision-making ability.
8. Clear logical thinking ability, able to proficiently use English for oral and written business communication, write business emails and handle various international business documents.
9. Able to work under great pressure and adapt to business trips.
10. Familiar with international trade operation processes and relevant laws and regulations, master links such as foreign trade order following, customs declaration and inspection, freight and logistics; proficient in using office software and common foreign trade tools (such as Alibaba International Station, customs data, etc.).
